The vessel “LOT TO SEA,” a 1979 36’ Egg Harbor Convertible with twin 300 H.P. Detroit Diesel inboard engines, was reported stolen from Fort Lauderdale, Florida on or about June 1, 2010. There have been reports of vessel sightings in the Bahamas (Freeport and Nassau). The hull is white with black bottom paint. The vessel’s name, “LOT TO SEA,” appears on the stern. The vessel has a white painted forward deck and a teak wood aft deck. Wide teak rail cap surrounds the vessel and there is teak spray rail on the starboard and port sides. The fly bridge helm station has a beige canvas top covering it. The vessel is Florida registered under number FL 4873 MY. The HIN is EGG36524M793. The twin, 300 H.P., 6V-53 Series Detroit Diesels have Serial Numbers: 6D00179055 (Port) & 6D00178972 (Starboard). The theft was reported to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department under case number 10-59021.
