Vessel Description: The M/V, “BLACK MAGIC,” a 2008 34’ Fountain Center Console w/ Triple 300 HP Mercury engines, was reported stolen from a private dock in Tierra Verde (outside of Tampa Bay), Florida, on or about January 26, 2009. The hull is black with a large silver fish hook graphic on the starboard and port aft sides. The vessel’s manufacturer name, “FOUNTAIN,” appears abeam on both sides of the vessel. The interior is white and it has a black canvas t-top over the center console. The vessel’s name, “BLACK MAGIC,” is on the transom. The vessel’s HIN is FGQ4K187G809 and U.S. Coast Guard and Florida Registered under Documentation No. 1215212. The triple, 2008, 300 HP Mercury Outboard motors have Serial Numbers: IB 701291, IB 701279 and IB 701289. The theft was reported to the Pinellas County Sherriff Department under Case No. S009-20569.
